Local daycare selling bracelets to raise money for Fargo Police

FARGO— Some Fargo children are doing what they can to back the blue in the aftermath of the July 14th shooting.

Daycare provider Small Wonders and local contracting firm Laney's partnered to create bracelets in honor of fallen Fargo Officer Jake Wallin .

The children have something special in mind for the bracelets once they've finished making them.

"We're going have a stand outside the daycare and we are going to sell them," said Aspen, one of the kids making bracelets.

The kids are inviting everyone to stop by and get their own bracelet Thursday, Aug. 3 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

"We want to make as much money as possible," said Cooper. "And we are really excited, too," added his younger sister Maxtyn.

If you want to buy a bracelet, you can stop by Small Wonders’ Brandt Drive location at 3239 47th St. S. this afternoon, near the Tommy's Car Wash on 32nd Avenue.
